Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information The Fair Verdict ("we", "us") collects when you visit thefairverdict.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Usage data, collected automatically: pages viewed, clicks on links, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, and the website or ad that referred you.
- Advertising click identifiers: if you arrive from an ad, the URL may include identifiers such as a Google click ID (gclid) and the search keyword. We use these to measure which ads and pages lead to clicks and purchases.
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and message.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information. Purchases happen on the seller's or retailer's website, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement and affiliate tracking:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads, to measure the performance of our ads.
- Affiliate networks (such as ClickBank), which set cookies on their own domains when you click an affiliate link, so the sale can be credited to us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
How we use information

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only with the service providers described above (analytics, advertising and affiliate networks), which process it to provide their services, and when required by law. Some of this processing may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state laws; you can limit it using the opt-out options above and your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email contact@thefairverdict.com.
